On Thursday, 20th of June 2024, our excited 1st class students and teachers headed off to Lullymore Heritage Park in County Kildare. When we arrived we had a snack before heading into the Funky Forest where everyone had loads of fun playing on the slides and in the ball pit. After that we went on a train ride around Lullymore, singing loudly to make the train go faster! We then went on a walk to see the different animals on the farm and made a big wish around the fairy tree. After lunch, we finished off the day playing in the playground where they also had a crazy golf course that we just had to try out! Everyone had a wonderful day doing so many different activities. A huge thank you to Aoife (our guide) and Lullymore for giving us an unforgettable experience!
