Mental Health Workshops for Parents to support Children's Health and Wellbeing.

23rd of Oct. 2023 Supporting Parents to support their Children's Mental Health and Wellbeing

National Parents Council, in conjunction with St. Patrick's Mental Health Services, is hosting free online sessions from 23rd to 27th October 2023. Parents who attend this online session will learn:  

• how to build and nurture resilience within their child
• how to support their child’s positive mental health and wellbeing. 

Sessions will take place online via Zoom at the following dates and times:

• 10am and 7:30pm on 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th October
• 10am on Friday 27th October
