St Peters’ Parents Association awarded climate action grant
Last year St Peters’ Parents Association made an application for funding from the Climate Actions Work Engagement fund to support our work bringing our school community together to share information on climate action.
Today, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications Darragh O’Brien, and Minister for the Circular Economy Alan Dillon announced the awarding of funding and we’re delighted to let you know that St Peter’s Parents Association has been successful. Full details are in the attached document.
We will be using the fund for these projects:
Uniform & Clothes Repair Workshops
Uniform Shop and communications
New Parents Association Welcome Pack
Expand Halloween Thrift or Treat project
Launch new swap shops and sustainability events
Special thank you to Mr Ryan, Collette Weir, Bernard Duggan and the Board of Management for their support with this application.
