Since our school closed, It has been a difficult time for many of us - not being able to interact with each other/hang out with our friends etc. Therefore, I decided to hold a 'Virtual Spirit Week' for my class in an attempt to lift our spirits up!
The main aim of Virtual Spirit Week was to help foster that sense of belonging again and help us entertain ourselves a little.
Each day, we had a different theme. The children in my class actively engaged with the themes through dress up and sent/posted photos each day to their Class Dojo portfolios. For example:
Monday - Comfy/PJ's Day
Tuesday - Green Day
Wednesday - Wacky Wear
Thursday - Superhero Day
Friday - Team Day (Wearing BLUE in showing our support for our HSE/Frontline workers)
