In celebration of ‘World Book Day’ the PA will host a Book Swap on Friday 7th March in the school hall. Books in good condition can be donated in the Reception area until Thursday 6th March (Books in good condition, suitable for 5-13 year olds, no workbooks, textbooks etc). This is a great opportunity to enhance the children’s love of reading! See poster attached (created by our PAC).
Please see timetable for the day below. We are inviting in parents/guardians of pupils in junior infants, senior infants and 1st classes into the school (at the times below) to help their child select a book. Parents from 2nd-6th class may come in, if they wish, but there is no obligation to do so.
We will need your help to prepare, we are looking for volunteers to help sort the books by class group and author. If you would like to get involved in the Book Swap, please contact us parentsassociationstpeters@gmail.com
